Training of Trainers (TOT)
We would like to increase our internal training capacity, and therefore need someone to train our trainers.
We undertake train-of-trainers (TOT) training, and generally prefer TOT because it is an effective capacity building mechanism. We help the organization identify who the internal trainers can be as well as what materials and preparation they would need. Our services include preparing materials for the trainers as well as providing the necessary preparation to help them succeed.
